Taken on May 26th, 2013, this was a dissipating low precipitation thunderstorm near Broken Bow, Nebraska, that produced one of the best lightning shows I have ever witnessed in my storm chasing career. Even more beautiful was when the lightning lit up these incredible mammatus clouds in the night sky. These type of clouds are often associated with severe thunderstorms, and their ominous and foreboding appearance is a message to all that severe weather may be on its way.

Oh Chemistree, oh chemistree,
How lovely are your beakers.
You wish your chem lab was as cool as mine.
Last night, I played with an Ouija board. I asked if anyone wanted to communicate but I only got a feeling of being watched. After putting the board away, thinking “This is complete bullshit”, I took this selfie. I haven’t looked at it until a few minutes ago but when I looked closer, I could see an apparition. I know its a bit difficult to see in the lighting but I circled it in red so you know where to look. I hope the spirit is not angry with me and goes away soon.
I thought it could save me.
Maybe it has. Well I hope.
